Viking Survival Game in Valheim

  The idea of Valheim, a Viking survival game at first, was hard to grasp for most. When we started our Kickstarter campaign on January 2nd, 2013 it went quiet on the media front. But as our project progressed and people got their hands on early demos, the buzz came in waves. And as with every crowdfunded project, there were ups and downs. It's been tough but also so rewarding. We built our game around the idea of freedom in an open world, with survival aspects that are both fun and challenging. To us, it is most important to have a good feeling to the player when playing, and we can't describe how great it feels right now having players all over the world enjoying and loving Valheim. Responding to players and their wishes has been a huge part of our development process, it's something we take very seriously.
